Public Hearing on Proposed Rules for North Dakota Games of Chance

– Article 99-01.3 of the North Dakota Administrative Code

The North Dakota State Gaming Commission will hold a public hearing to address proposed changes to the N.D. Admin. Code at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, February 18th, 2026 at The North Dakota State Capitol, Brynhild Haugland Room.

A copy of the proposed rules may be obtained through the links below, by emailing agogaming@.nd.gov, writing the North Dakota Attorney General’s Office Gaming Division at North Dakota Attorney General’s Office Gaming Division, 600 E. Blvd Ave Dept. 125, Bismarck, ND 58505-0040 or calling 701-328-4848. Also, written comments may be submitted to the above email or physical address until March 7, 2026.  If you plan to attend the public hearing and will need special facilities or assistance relating to a disability, please contact the North Dakota Attorney General’s Office Gaming Division at the above telephone number or address at least 7 days prior to the public hearing.

ND Games of Chance Quarterly Reports of Activity

Prior reports, if available, can be obtained by contacting the Gaming division. Quarterly reports will be added after the end of the following quarter. Quarterly reports marked as PRELIMINARY will be updated to FINAL upon completion of the review of individual organization tax returns, which may result in slight changes to the overall comprehensive reporting.
