Crime Data

The Bureau of Criminal Investigation manages the state Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) program, which involves the collection and analysis of crime statistics reported by local law enforcement agencies in North Dakota.

Crime Statistics

Annual crime data from 2010 to the last calendar year is made available for the public and can be used to reports detailing statistical trends for a specific offense, jurisdiction, or other dataset.

Crime Reports

The UCR program compiles statewide crime statistics into the annual Crime and Homicide Reports. The annual reports are available beginning with calendar year 1999.
