The following lists contain state gaming licenses issued by the North Dakota Office of Attorney General, organized by license type. These lists are updated regularly to reflect changes in license holders.

During each annual license renewal period, organizations with renewal applications that are pending approval may not yet appear in these lists. If you have questions about the status of a specific license, please verify the status with the license holder or contact the Gaming Division.
