The Office of Attorney General manages various state and federal grant programs that support improvements in the State’s criminal justice system. Organizations and agencies receiving United States Department of Justice (“USDOJ”) sub-grants through the Office of Attorney General may not engage in discriminatory practices based on race, color, national origin, sex, religion, disability, or age.
