To replace a lost or stolen license, update the address, or make other required changes to information on a concealed weapon license, please complete and submit a:

For security reasons, we can only accept a written change request by mail. If you want confirmation that the BCI received your request, please send certified mail with a return receipt as we are unable to release information over the phone. We do not send a notification that your change was received/updated.
There is no charge for the replacement or updated license. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the request to be processed.
