Gaming Licensees
The North Dakota Attorney General’s Gaming Division maintains and publishes lists of currently licensed gaming participants in North Dakota. These records are made available to the public to promote transparency and to allow citizens, local jurisdictions, and organizations to verify that gaming activity is being conducted by properly authorized parties.
Providing public access to licensing information helps ensure accountability and confidence in charitable gaming by allowing anyone to confirm whether an organization, location, or business is approved to operate under North Dakota law.
