The ND CJIS STARS Program has been in operation since 2006. It provides North Dakota state’s attorneys with case management software without cost. The benefits of participation in the ND CJIS STARS Program include:

New Agency Implementation Process
Agencies interested in participating in ND CJIS STARS must review and sign the Agency Agreement. ND CJIS will reach out to coordinate an implementation plan and schedule, pending the availability of available licenses.
Application Process
Before receiving access to the system or training, each employee who will need access to the system must fill out the online application, available from the ND Criminal Justice Application page.
