Special Operations

The North Dakota Peace Officers Association submits a quarterly list of approved special operations teams that are eligible for reimbursement of operating and other expenses, within the established Guidelines.

Special Operations Team – Request for Approval

• Bomb Squad
• CNT
• K-9
• SWAT
• Dive Team
  • Dive Team Standards

Reimbursement

To receive reimbursement, a Special Operations team must submit the following to the Director of the BCI:

1. A cover letter; and
2. Response Team Expenditure Report; and
   • Training costs can be claimed under “other costs.”
3. Any applicable receipts, payroll records and/or supporting documentation.
