SUMMARY LEGAL OPINION

Issued To:        White Shield Public School District  

Conclusion:     The White Shield Public School District violated the open records law by failing to respond to a request for records within a reasonable time and by not providing the requested records. The District also violated the open meetings law by failing to provide meeting notices to an individual who had requested to receive them.
