BISMARCK, ND – Attorney General Drew Wrigley will hold a press conference to discuss the resolution of the consumer protection investigation of F5, a Fargo, North Dakota based non-profit.

The press conference will be held Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 10:00 am at the Cass County Courthouse, located at 211 9^th Street South, Fargo, ND.

The Attorney General will not be holding individual media interviews outside of this press conference.
