BISMARCK, ND – The Killdeer Area Ambulance Service substantially complied with special meeting notice requirements for its first special meeting when technical difficulties prevented notice being sent to official newspaper. The Killdeer Area Ambulance properly noticed its second special meeting. The Killdeer Area Ambulance Service failed to provide open records within a reasonable time.
