BISMARCK, ND – Attorney General Drew Wrigley will hold a news conference today to discuss the use of deadly force by a Fargo Police Officer on Friday, July 14, 2023. The Attorney General will be joined by Chief Deputy Attorney General Claire Ness, BCI Special Agent Casey Miller, and Fargo Police Chief David Zibolski.

The news conference will be held at 3:00 pm in the City Commission Room, Fargo City Hall, located at 225 4th Street North in Fargo, ND.

Today’s new conference will address the officer use of force issue only. Be advised that Attorney General Wrigley and other law enforcement leaders will hold a news conference on Friday, July 21, 2023, (time TBD) to address last week’s violent incident and the ongoing investigation.

Today’s news conference will be recorded and broadcasted on The City of Fargo broadcast channel 56, at TVFargo.com and streamed live on The City’s social media platforms.
