A telemarketer from Massachusetts who ignored North Dakota’s consumer fraud and Do Not Call laws, and refused to comply with the Attorney General’s Civil Investigative Demand, has been banned from conducting any business in the state, announced Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem. 

Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem today issued Cease and Desist Orders against David Alderman, now living in Montana and formerly doing business as Alderman Roofing & Construction, and Chad Edward Johnson of Michigan, ND.

Jamestown High School #1 team won the state LifeSmarts championship and will be representing North Dakota in the national competition. 

Thirty-five high school students from six North Dakota high schools will compete in the annual “LifeSmarts” state finals tomorrow.
