FEDERAL COURT GRANTS PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION BLOCKING BLM FRACKING RULE

Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem applauded the Wyoming federal district court for agreeing with the position of the state of North Dakota and other plaintiffs in granting a preliminary injunction preventing the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) from enforcing the Hydraulic Fracturing Rule.

Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem issued a cease and desist order against Mark Ebohimen, doing business as People’s Choice Assistance, LLC., MAE Holdings Corp, and PC Solutions, for violations of the Do Not Call law and consumer fraud.
