The state’s fallen law enforcement officers will be remembered on Wednesday, May 13, 2015. The North Dakota Peace Officer Memorial service will be held in Bismarck on the capitol grounds beginning at 1:30 pm. It is open to the public.

The Federal District Court for the District of Wyoming has now issued an order permitting North Dakota to intervene as a party, joining the State of Wyoming, in a challenge to the US Bureau of Land Management’s (BLM) authority to impose federal regulations on hydraulic fracturing practices.
