Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem today filed a lawsuit against contractor Steven Kapfer of Bismarck, doing business as Rebuilding Dreams, for violations of North Dakota’s consumer fraud law.

The state’s fallen law enforcement officers will be remembered on Friday, May 13, 2016. The North Dakota Peace Officer Memorial service will be held in Bismarck on the capitol grounds beginning at 1:30 pm. It is open to the public.
