NORTH DAKOTA FILES LAWSUIT CHALLENGING EPA CLEAN POWER PLAN RULE

Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem today filed a lawsuit against the US Environmental Protection Agency, this time challenging its new Clean Power Plan rule restricting carbon dioxide emissions from existing power plants.
