“I am extremely pleased that the U.S. Supreme Court today granted North Dakota’s request to stay the US EPA’s ‘Clean Power Plan’ Rule, which is intended to regulate so-called ‘greenhouse gas,’ or carbon dioxide, emissions from existing electricity generating plants,” North Dakota Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem said.
