The Office of Attorney General conducts group training for organizations on gaming laws and rules.
Electronic Pull Tab Devices
Licensed gaming organizations planning to conduct gaming with electronic pull tab devices are required first to complete training provided by this office. One training date has been scheduled in September with the option of a morning session or afternoon session and two dates in October with afternoon sessions only. Pre-registration is required. A gaming manager and an employee who is principally responsible for auditing closed games, daily activity, or does bookkeeping and has no previous gaming-related experience in those capacities is required to request training from the Office of Attorney General within 30 days of employment. The training must include the gaming law and rules, recordkeeping, internal control, and tax return.
